Backwoods Smoker offers 3 Sizes of Grills made of 14 gauge carbon steel, painted with 1200 degree high heat paint. All of the grills air dampers, fire grates, meat racks, shelves and adjustment handles are made of stainless steel. The unique design of the Backwoods Grill allows you to adjust the height of the fire grate in less than 5 seconds.

From just over 3” below the meat for a quick searing to 10” from the meat for a slow cook. Due to the tightness of construction and air adjustment the heat can be easily controlled. Backwoods has built the Grills with the same quality as our Backwoods Smokers for many, many years of enjoyable grilling.

The Chicken Little Grilling surface  is 15” wide x 18” deep.  A 12" metal stand shown is available as an optional accessory.
