Crazy Crab & Artichoke Dip

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese - softened
  • 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups artichoke hearts - drained and chopped
  • 1/2 pound crab meat - cooked and drained
  • 1 large garlic clove - minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Capitol BBQ Cayenne Craze


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Place mixture in an 8" x10" inch baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly., Garnish with parmesan, parsley and serve with sliced baguette, pita chips, or crackers.
